Add named guests to a group, up to fifty at a time, and their rooms become confirmed stays. A group block is a plan: it does not hold rooms.

Your sales team works in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, and the people running an event get task cards on ASPI Operations, the Android app for staff. What if I block rooms for a group and the booking sites sell them?
A group block is a plan, not a reservation: your website, the booking sites and the desk can still sell those nights until each room is picked up. Only a picked-up room is reserved, and ASPI Suite records the deposit answer but takes no event money. Book a demo and we show you a block with its pickup.
