Privacy for AI assistant bookings
Effective date: 28 October 2026
This page covers ASPI Suite Hotels, the app that lets a guest find and book a hotel from inside ChatGPT or Claude. ASPI Suite is operated by WOLODGE Global Holdings LLC.
What the assistant passes to us
Searching for hotels needs no personal details in either assistant. It takes only a place, dates and the number of guests.
In ChatGPT, the app asks for no personal details: it takes only the place, dates and number of guests. You enter your own details on the hotel’s booking page.
In Claude, when the guest asks to book, the assistant passes the guest’s name, phone number, email address and stay details.
We can record which assistant (ChatGPT or Claude) referred a booking, as a label on the booking for the hotel.
Your conversation with the assistant
The conversation itself is held by OpenAI (for ChatGPT) or Anthropic (for Claude), under their own privacy policies. We only receive what the assistant sends to our booking tools.
Who is responsible
The hotel is responsible for the booking and for its relationship with the guest. We pass the booking to the hotel and look after the technology that carries it.
Who sees it
Booking details are shared only with that hotel and with the payment processor that handles the card payment. We never sell them and never use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as our main ASPI Suite Privacy Policy says. The same policy explains your rights.
Questions and requests
To see, correct or delete your details, write to support@aspixr.com. The hotel may keep its own booking record, and we will pass deletion requests on to it. For help with a booking, see our support page.
